As part of the global treasury team and working within a highly matrixed environment, you will be a strategic business partner to influence contract negotiations to optimise cashflow, minimise FX risks and steer commercial decisions to ensure peak working capital performance. Core responsibilities include preparing cash flow forecasts, analyzing financial impacts on operational plans, and driving cross-functional initiatives to optimize cash flow alongside external banking partners. The role oversees financial risk management, ensuring foreign exchange exposures are captured in commercial contracts and local regulatory compliance is maintained. Additionally, the incumbent will support treasury transformation initiatives, implement streamlined systems, and assist senior leadership in delivering scalable financial practices across key markets.

skills and experience required.

The successful candidate should possess a degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline, alongside extensive corporate treasury experience with a strategic influence on business commercial decisions. Strong expertise in financial risk management, cash flow forecasting, enterprise treasury management software, and banking connectivity tools is essential. Excellent project management capabilities and a track record of driving operational efficiencies are critical. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required to effectively partner with cross-functional teams.
