About This Opportunity

The Associate Director, Marketing will lead all Professional Marketing efforts for Taiwan and Hong Kong, driving strategic planning, portfolio management, new product launches, and multi-channel marketing initiatives. This role partners closely with commercial leadership and APAC Marketing to ensure alignment with global strategies and flawless execution at the country level.

Strategic & Operational Leadership

  • Develop business plans, budgets, and product positioning to support growth objectives.
  • Oversee market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
  • Lead marketing initiatives including campaigns, collateral development, localization, and compliance.
  • Manage product launches, including forecasting, customer targeting, and training coordination.
  • Monitor business performance and provide insights for future growth.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with APAC Marketing, Clinical, and Sales teams to enhance product offerings.
  • Build strong relationships with KOLs and professional customers through marketing programs.
  • Represent the company at educational forums and customer events.

People Leadership

  • Coach and develop team members to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
  • Strengthen professional marketing capabilities in the Greater China region.
  • Contribute to GC and APAC Marketing leadership teams.

Qualifications

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in marketing or commercial roles; people management experience required.
  • Expertise in Marketing Excellence, Launch Excellence, and product lifecycle management.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills across multiple levels and functions.
  • Fluent in English and Traditional Chinese; exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% (domestic and international); position based in Taipei, Taiwan.
