About the Role
Lead on individual projects or initiatives to develop and evolve the Healthcare strategy of AIA and its business units.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the identification and assessment of potential new value pools across the Healthcare ecosystem through rigorous market analysis, strategic insights, and data-driven recommendations
- Develop and refine Healthcare strategies aligned with AIA's long-term strategic priorities and growth ambitions
- Assess and prioritize strategic initiatives and investment opportunities to maximize business impact and value creation.
- Build robust business cases that support strategic decision-making, investment prioritization, and new Healthcare initiatives.
- Lead strategic projects spanning Healthcare strategy development, commercial due diligence for transactions, partnerships, and new business ventures
- Partner closely with senior leaders in the strategy team to develop compelling strategic narratives, executive presentations, and Board-level materials
- Develop and maintain deep market intelligence on healthcare trends, competitive dynamics, customer needs, regulatory developments, and emerging business models.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required. Advanced Degree in Corporate Finance, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, healthcare investment, health insurance, or other financial services.
- Demonstrated track record of leading complex strategic initiatives and delivering measurable business impact at top-tier industry players or top management consultancy.
- Deep knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, including health insurance, provider networks, healthcare delivery models, healthcare financing, and emerging healthcare business models.
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and financial modeling capabilities combined with strong commercial acumen.
- Proven ability to structure clear communications for senior executive audiences, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and influence decisions across functions, markets, and senior leadership team
