We are excited to invite dynamic individuals to join our team in Taiwan as a Customer Education and Training Manager. In this influential role, you will be the driving force in creating training initiatives, fostering strong connections with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), and driving a sustainable engagement plan aligned with our strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement training strategies aligned with company objectives for impactful business results.
- Analyse market trends and HCP needs, identifying training opportunities that support the growth of Galderma's aesthetic products.
- Develop and execute comprehensive training programs based on Galderma's guidelines, equipping HCPs with essential knowledge and skills.
- Lead engaging and impactful training workshops and events for HCPs, emphasizing product knowledge, treatment techniques, and effective communication.
- Continuously evaluate training program effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to maximize engagement and achieve optimal learning outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to implement a comprehensive HCP engagement plan, fostering loyalty, advocacy, and long-term partnerships.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, science, or a related field
- 5+ years experience in the healthcare, aesthetic, or pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster connections with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and establish seamless collaboration within cross-functional teams.
- Track record of effectively analysing market trends, identifying training needs, and crafting impactful training programs.
- Goal-oriented mindset, with a keen focus on achieving business objectives through strategically designed training initiatives.
