Associate Counsel IP

A global retail brand is seeking an IP Counsel to join their APAC team here in Hong Kong. In this role, you will provide support on a broad range of IP matters, including managing trademark and copyright portfolio, and advising on prosecution and enforcement matters. The ideal candidate must be a Hong Kong/common law qualified lawyer with 6+ years PQE. In-house experience is highly preferred. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required. WS10667
