Work You'll do
- Legal consultation services related to domestic and international equity trading, investments, joint ventures (JV), and mergers and acquisitions
- Consultation services on Company Law, Securities and Exchange Act, Labor Standards Act, and other relevant regulations
- Contract review and consultation (Chinese and English): Distribution agreements
- Civil and commercial litigation, and disputes over management rights
Requirements
- Possess a lawyer qualification/license in Taiwan or other countries
- Preferably with more than 2 years of experience working in a law firm
- Experience in non-litigation and commercial law
- Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing (TOEIC score report within the past two years required)
