Job Responsibilities
- Work with insurance companies and regional team to set up new product plan and launch new products/ new insurance companies
- Telemarketing leads management, included request, dispatch, and performance tracking
- Provide management with sufficient market information to support product and marketing strategies
- Design, implements, and track customer promotion programs to increase cross sell opportunities
- Design, implement, and track sales campaigns to drive strong sales momentum
- Work with marketing team to design and maintain DBS insurance website
- Assist Banca head to prepare management reports/ presentations
- BAU maintenance/update of product related materials and commission rates
- Liaise sales, Banca team, and insurance companies to ensure efficient and effective delivery of products, programs, and services
Job Requirements
- Good teamwork spirit and great interpersonal/ communication skills
- Proactive and independent in solving problems
- Good commend in English
- Good at producing words/excel/ ppt working files
