Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client management services to a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring their cash and trade finance needs are met efficiently and effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that address the unique requirements of each client
- Proactively monitor client accounts, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain a deep understanding of the bank's product offerings and industry trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance the overall client experience
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and events to build strong relationships and foster long-term partnerships
Requirements
- Experienced in a client-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and address complex client needs
- Proficient in the use of relevant banking and financial systems, as well as data analysis and reporting tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the achievement of shared goals
