Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with large corp clients across various industries to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and cross-sell relevant products and services to existing clients
- Collaborate with the Institutional Banking Group and various product teams to deliver comprehensive banking solutions that address the diverse requirements of corporate clients
- Analyze market trends, client feedback, and industry developments to recommend strategic initiatives that drive business growth
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk management frameworks
- Contribute to the team's overall performance by meeting or exceeding assigned targets and key performance indicators
Requirements
- Relevent experience in a similar role within the corporate banking or institutional banking industry
- Strong understanding of the financial needs and challenges faced by corporate clients across various sectors
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in data analysis, financial modeling, and problem-solving to provide comprehensive solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the organization
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators
