Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and profitability of the home advice segment within the consumer banking division

Oversee the management of a team of home advice specialists, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service and tailored financial solutions

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new home advice offerings that align with the bank's overall strategy

Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies

Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in the consumer banking or financial services industry, with a proven track record of leading and managing a team

Strong understanding of the home advice market, including customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Proficient in the use of relevant financial and customer relationship management (CRM) software

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
