Job Description

Your Role

. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns and activities.

. Collaborate with internal stakeholders on creative design and production, website updates, and engagement initiatives.

. Support the planning, execution, and on-site management of physical events and activations.

. Work closely with media agencies and creative partners to deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns, including creative development, media planning and buying, and social media strategy and execution.

. Partner with research agencies to conduct post-campaign evaluations and analyze campaign effectiveness.

. Prepare campaign review reports, insights, and strategic proposals for management presentations.

. Stay up to date with marketing, digital trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency.

To succeed in this role

. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.

. 10+ years of relevant experience in marketing communications, performance marketing, or advertising agencies.

. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

. Client servicing or account management experience is an advantage.

. Hands-on experience in content creation and digital advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other performance marketing tools.

. Experience in leading projects or managing a small team is preferred.

. Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.

. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
