Overview

This role supports Client Advisors in delivering a high-quality client experience within Lighthouse Canton (LC). As an Individual Contributor, you will assist in managing Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) client relationships through administrative, operational, and client servicing support.

The position focuses on ensuring smooth execution of client transactions, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating across teams to support wealth management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Client Advisors and Senior Assistant Client Advisors in managing and retaining UHNW client relationships
• Work with the Investment Portfolio Management team to deliver customised investment and financial planning solutions
• Handle client queries and instructions, ensuring timely and accurate execution of transactions
• Monitor client account activities and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate client records, reports, and documentation
• Perform administrative tasks with attention to detail and efficiency
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless client servicing
• Coordinate with business partners to align services with Lighthouse Canton's overall objectives
• Represent Lighthouse Canton professionally in external interactions
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 6-7 years of experience in private banking or wealth management (preferred)
• Preferably CACS certified (Module 1 & 2)
• Strong understanding of financial services and financial consulting practices
• Interest in financial, global, and capital markets
• Experience working with Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients
