Job Description:

The role of Director of Agency has an important agency management responsibility to drive agency expansion in sales growth, manpower increase, productivity uplift and management capabilities for long term sustainable growth.

This role focuses on continued building and developing the Most Respected Advisors (MRA) agency force, manages the business relationship with assigned agencies and assumes agency management leadership working closely and effectively with agency leaders to handle agency operations issues and challenges as well as drive and implement agency initiatives. In addition, the leader will take on different special projects as part of transformation towards SQ5000, which are not limited to everyday agency management related tasks, but also long term development such as compensation, legacy planning etc related work.

The zone leader and their team will also work across functions and departments including, but limited to, Agency Development, Agency Recruitment, Agency Sales Personnel, Agency Planning and Initiatives, Agency Quality and Monitoring, Marketing and Product Solutions, Group and Pension Business, and Operations.
