About the Job

The Assistant Training Manager supports the development, execution, and continuous improvement of retail training programs to enhance sales performance, customer experience, and brand standards across boutiques. This role partners closely with Retail, P&C and HQ teams to ensure frontline staff are well-equipped with product knowledge, selling skills, and service excellence aligned with brand values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand high-end retail standards, stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors
  • Develop and execute key training programs like orientation, service standards, coaching, selling skills, clienteling etc. for brand standard consistency and performance improvement. Monitor results.
  • Work closely with market training team for feedback and training effectiveness and follow up action
  • Identify training need for markets and to provide solutions base on resources and priority
  • Collaborate with teammate closely to support MSP actions and follow up
  • Work with other departments on new initiatives / project

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in retail training role, preferably in luxury or MNC
  • Demonstrated performance in developing training material/ course from idea/concept
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire team and foster a culture of excellence
  • Computer literacy in excel, powerpoint and canva
  • Excellent communication skill and a role model on the area where he/she is responsible for.
