Assistant to Sea Logistics Manager

Provide strategic, administrative, and analytical support to the Senior Vice President (Sea Logistics), ensuring effective prioritization, coordination, and execution of regional and global initiatives. The role acts as a trusted partner, connecting leadership, operations, and key stakeholders across geographies to drive efficiency and business impact.

How you create impact

• Executive & Business Support
  - Manage a complex and dynamic agenda, including global meetings, travel, and leadership engagements
  - Prepare high-quality executive materials (presentations, briefings, reports) for internal and external audiences
  - Act as a gatekeeper and facilitator, ensuring priorities are aligned with business objectives
• Sea Logistics Coordination
  - Support coordination of regional and global Sea Logistics activities (trade lanes, carriers, key accounts)
  - Consolidate operational and commercial inputs across Asia and global stakeholders
  - Facilitate alignment across functions (Sales, Operations, Finance, Trade Management)
• Project & Initiative Management
  - Support and coordinate strategic projects (e.g. trade optimization, carrier strategy, large customer implementations)
  - Track milestones, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
  - Ensure structured follow-up and timely execution in a complex, fast-moving environment
• Analytical & Decision Support
  - Analyze commercial and operational data (volumes, trades, profitability, KPIs)
  - Develop clear dashboards, summaries, and insights to support executive decision-making
  - Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities, and propose actionable solutions
• Stakeholder Management & Communication
  - Interface with senior stakeholders internally (regional heads, country management, global functions) and externally when required
  - Draft high-level communications on behalf of the SVP (emails, presentations, summaries)
  - Ensure consistency, clarity, and professionalism across all messaging
• Planning & Prioritization
  - Support business planning cycles, reviews, and leadership meetings
  - Structure and prioritize competing topics in a high-pressure environment
  - Maintain visibility on key priorities and ensure execution discipline

What we would like you to bring

• 5+ years of experience in: Executive support at senior leadership level, OR project management / business analysis within logistics or supply chain

• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English

• Exposure to international and cross-cultural environments

• Ability to act as a trusted partner to senior leadership

• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and act independently

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint (executive storytelling, structured presentations),Excel (data analysis, reporting, dashboards),Word (formal communication, documentation)
