• Perform routine maintenance and repair work for the property (including operation of the central air conditioning system, electrical, plumbing, painting, door hardware, locks, and drainage works) ()
• Supervise contractors safety and work quality, and assist the department head in overseeing renovation projects and related tasks
• Handle emergency situations, including carrying out urgent repairs outside normal office hours
• Must be willing to wear company-issued uniform while on duty

• Secondary school level education with a diploma or certificate in electrical engineering or a related field, or completion of a relevant technical apprenticeship program
• Hold a valid Safety Card and Electrician Class A license or above A
• At least five years of experience in the maintenance and servicing of relevant systems (in commercial or public sector properties) ()
• Preference will be given to candidates who hold a valid Small Works Contractor Registration / Registered Technical Worker qualification (Plumber / Painter and Decorator / Electrical Wiring Installer / Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Equipment Technician) / Safety Supervisor Certificate / ( / / / ) /
• Basic knowledge of computer operations
• Ability to write Chinese maintenance reports and read simple English work instructions
• Good communication skills and interpersonal abilities
