Job Description

  • Conduct quotation, tendering and order management for Electrical Distribution Products, Equipment and Solutions, Substation Automation Solutions and Smart Grid Solutions
  • Drive customer satisfaction through customer intimacy and sales activities
  • Support value proposition development through sales calls and sales visits
  • Define technical offer specifications and influence project stakeholders to include our brands and specifications for tenders
  • Input and update sales opportunities in the system platform regularly
  • Provide technical support to system integrators and end users
  • Meet or exceed the Orders and Sales KPIs

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant disciplines
  • At least 8 years of sales experience in engineering field
  • Proven track record of account development and management
  • Candidates with technical knowledge and experience in Medium Voltage Switchgearsand Substation Automation is preferred
  • Strong customer-focus and proactive attitude, excellent Presentation and communication skills
  • Good problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset
  • Ability to conduct requirement analysis and propose solutions according to customer needs
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
