• Formulate and execute Sales strategies in Home channel along with
  
  

company's sales and revenue objectives

• Build relationship with customers at all levels
• Customer value creation by delivering customer strategy & insight to drive
  
  

sustainable growth in business

• Work closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing team for promotional activities
• Demand forecast management and accuracy delivery
• Plan & control all trade spending, advertising, and promotion fund
• Maximize the efficiency of promoters and merchandisers
  
  

Participating in ad-hoc assignments as required
