ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused Assistant Sales Manager - Community Partnerships to grow Kiztopia's education and community partnerships across Singapore.

In this role, you will identify and develop business opportunities with preschools, primary and secondary schools, international schools, ITEs, polytechnics, universities, private education institutions, community organisations, social service agencies, and other youth- and family-focused organisations. You will build long-term partnerships that drive group visits, educational programmes, inclusive play initiatives, events, and corporate collaborations across Kiztopia's portfolio of brands, including future concepts such as Xventure.

Success in this role requires a proactive sales mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to engage decision-makers to create mutually beneficial partnerships that increase visitation and revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development & Sales

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow education partnerships, group bookings, educational programmes, and institutional collaborations across Kiztopia's brands.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new partnerships with preschools, primary and secondary schools, international schools, ITEs, polytechnics, universities, private education institutions, and other youth-focused organisations.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and business development activities.
  • Conduct presentations, proposals, and promotional engagements to introduce Kiztopia's programmes and offerings.
  • Achieve individual sales targets through new business acquisition and growth of existing accounts.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, quotations, and partnership agreements with clients.

Account Management & Partnership Development

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Develop strategic partnerships that encourage repeat bookings, annual programmes, and long-term collaborations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and provide timely support throughout the customer journey.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to enhance programmes and improve customer experience.

Community Partnerships

  • Work closely with community organisations, social service agencies, charities, and relevant public-sector partners to develop inclusive play opportunities for children and families from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and community partners to understand participants needs, coordinate safe and welcoming group visits, and build sustainable initiatives that expand access to meaningful family play.

Sales Planning & Operations

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the Company's CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and market analysis for management.
  • Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Guest Experience, and other internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of programmes, events, and partnerships.

Market Development

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and developments within the education and family entertainment sectors.
  • Identify new market opportunities and recommend initiatives to expand Kiztopia's education partnership network.
  • Represent the Company at school fairs, education exhibitions, networking events, and other business development opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

. Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management, Early Childhood Education, or a related discipline.

. Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably within the education, enrichment, events, family entertainment, or related industries.

. Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing.

. Existing networks or experience working with preschools, schools, tertiary institutions, community organisations, social service agencies, charities, or education-related organisations will be advantageous.

. Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

. Commercially driven with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and business growth.

. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems.
