This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional with 1-3 years of experience who is interested in gaining exposure to the offshore wind industry, procurement, contract administration, and project operations. You will work closely with project teams, procurement professionals, vendors, and external resource partners to ensure smooth administration and financial processing of resource contracts.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Administer network company and third-party resource contracts throughout their lifecycle.
  • Coordinate purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related procurement documentation.
  • Support invoice processing and payment administration for resource suppliers and contractors.
  • Maintain contract records and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities related to external project resources.
  • Collaborate with Project Management, Procurement, Finance, and HR stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal processes.
  • Prepare reports, track contract status, and support resource planning and forecasting activities.

Your Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Procurement, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in contract administration, procurement support, HR operations, or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience processing invoices, purchase requisitions, or vendor documentation is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
