Assistant Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to Relationship Managers in handling corporate client portfolios, including account setup and maintenance. Assist with the preparation and submission of credit applications and related internal approval processes. Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Risk Management, Compliance, and Finance to facilitate seamless client transaction execution. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for banking systems and digital platforms. Support client onboarding by guiding corporate clients in utilizing internet banking and digital channels effectively. Handle transaction processing and post-lending administration, including documentation tracking and compliance monitoring. Prepare internal reports, management information, and materials for clients as needed. Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects directed by Relationship Managers or departmental leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in corporate banking, commercial banking, trade finance, or similar financial services roles. Basic understanding of corporate banking products and credit processes is a plus. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and capacity to handle multiple tasks under pressure. Effective communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate well with internal teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A proactive team player with a strong desire to learn and grow within the corporate banking sector.
