Job Description

Requirements

Degree/ Diploma or above in Property Management/Housing Studies related discipline
5 years relevant experience in Property Management/Facilities Management
Holder with PMP License is an advantage
Prior experience gained from managing Commercial Building(s) is required
Sound Knowledge of BMO, DMC & Tenancy agreements
Customer-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skill
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Hands on PC skills
