| Major Duties: |
| (a) | To promote Continuing and Professional Education (CPE) programmes and services to potential clients, and to assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities |
| (b) | To assist in the development, delivery, and management of CPE training and consultancy projects |
| (c) | To support matters related to quality assurance and accreditation / validation of CPE programmes |
| (d) | To liaise with internal and external stakeholders in the design and delivery of training / services |
| (e) | To assist in administering funding schemes and costing statements, and to draft initial proposals, reports, and contracts and |
| (f) | To provide secretarial and administrative support to various boards, committees, and working groups. |

| Requirements: |
| (a) | A recognised degree or professional qualifications, preferably with a post-graduate qualification |
| (b) | Preferably with work experience in business development, particularly within the training and development sector, as well as in managing Qualifications Framework-accredited programmes |
| (c) | Good communication and presentation skills |
| (d) | A high level of proficiency in both English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua and |
| (e) | A good team player with the ability to work independently and willing to meet challenges. |

| (1) | The post is at the rank of Teaching Associate. |
| (2) | Shortlisted applicants will be required to take a written assessment. |
| (3) | The appointee may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and / or different work locations. |
| (4) | The post is time-limited in nature, up to 31 August 2027 initially, and the continued need for the post is subject to review. |
