Your role:
- Lead the end-to-end project management for Smart City and network services projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
- Actively support bidding activities for new service and project acquisition, contributing technical and project management expertise to secure new contracts
- Serve as the primary point of contact, coordinating project implementation between internal teams, external customers, contractors, and third-party entities like building management offices
- Oversee daily project activities, including reviewing implementation progress with teams, managing resources, and monitoring inventory levels to ensure seamless operations
- Support the development and enhancement of systems and workflows to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of all involved parties
- Conduct regular monthly reviews of project activities, tracking revenue, costs, and overall performance against targets and KPIs
- Undertake and manage special projects or assignments as required by management
To succeed in this role:
- Degree holder in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Network Services projects, Smart City technologies or Advanced Technology implementation
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to delivering best-in-class customer service and achieving targets
- Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese and English. Proficiency in Putonghua is a distinct advantage
- Proven ability to work hard, multitask, and perform effectively under pressure
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
