Job description
We are now seeking Assistant Project Manager - MEP.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading the team of professionals for full spectrum of MEP services
- Account for the A&A and capital works for the building services systems
- Deliver comprehensive maintenance services in timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
- Offer professional advices to clients to ensure the smooth operation of the facility
- Ensure all BMS installations comply with statutory regulations and industry best practices
REQUIREMENTS
- Tertiary educated in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
- Demonstrated success in the engineering field with at least 8 years of hands-on experiences
- Solid grasp of technical know-how of E&M sector, preferably for sizable maintenance and enhancement projects
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
