Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Taipei City, Taiwan. The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for managing project schedules, coordinating logistics, expediting project workflows, conducting inspections, and ensuring proper execution of project plans. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Project Management and Expediting processes
• Proficiency in Expeditor and Inspection tasks
• Expertise in Logistics Management and supply chain coordination
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment in Taipei City, Taiwan
• Experience in managing projects within consulting, innovation, or startup environments is a plus
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly desirable
