Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning, costing, budgeting, scheduling, logistics, quality control, and project coordination.
- Oversee M&E construction activities and recommend improvements where necessary.
- Manage contractors and ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, safety requirements, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Implement company construction policies and procedures.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion with efficient use of resources.
- Lead and supervise a team of engineers and site staff.
- Liaise with internal departments, authorities, consultants, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare project progress reports, attend site meetings, and update management regularly.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, quality standards, and ISO requirements.
- Plan and allocate man power effectively to maximize productivity.
