We are growing our Product Development team to lead innovationin sustainable, high-performance packaging.

The Role

You will lead new product and process development from concept to qualification, partnering with customers and internal stakeholders on packaging structures, materials, and process improvements. You'll also help shape our sustainability and innovation roadmap, including recyclable and PFAS-free packaging solutions.

What You'll Do

. Lead new product/process development from customer or internal specifications to final qualification

. Establish quality checkpoints, testing protocols and control plans for new materials and products

. Source and qualify new raw materials, suppliers and production lines with Supply Chain Management

. Drive sustainability initiatives (PFAS-free, recyclable/mono-material packaging)

. Supervise and develop a team of engineers

. Ensure compliance with food-contact packaging and quality/safety standards (FSSC 22000, BRCGS, ISO 9001/14001/45001)

What We're Looking For

. Degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Polymer Science or Chemistry (Masters in Packaging/Polymer Engineering an advantage)

. At least 5 years experience in product development or process engineering, ideally in packaging or a related manufacturing sector

. Process knowledge in film, coating, lamination and printing

. Experience with control plans, technical drawings, BOMs and process routings

. Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
