Performing Procurement Spend Analysis and Small Value Purchase Analysis.
Generating high value contracts above $5M for management's visibility and early procurement planning.
Developing briefing deck for board-wide staff on lessons learnt from Auditor-General's report.
Developing briefing deck for board-wide staff on procurement best practices, lapses and case studies.
Serving as the deputy procurement champion for domain areas in Risk, Data Management, and Budget Marksmanship.
Supporting Internal and External Auditors on procurement audits and developing corrective actions and improvement plans.
Enhancing procurement competency roadmap for board-wide staff (e.g. developing Procurement Checklists & User Guides, conducting user training on GeBIZ and Workday).
Updating Procurement Risk Register and Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA).
Supporting in launching Supplier Performance Management (Supplier Rating Tool), Supplier Risk Management, Supplier Development Programme and Supplier Enabled Innovation.
Performing System Administrator role for GeBIZ and QuickBuy.
Performing follow up action for departments failing to meet Faster Payment KPI follow up and Direct Invoice Analysis (non-PO).
Performing Open PO monitoring exercise for expired POs in Workday.
Requirements:
More than 5 years of relevant working experience in purchasing related role
Supply Chain/Procurement certification or other professional qualification
Good customer service, strong communication and time management skills
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft programmes (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc)
Knowledge in the Government Procurement Instruction Manuals, GeBIZ and WorkDay is preferred
Proficient with government procurement platforms (e.g. GeBIZ, WorkDay) including, but not limited to: Creating / amending / closing POs on both platforms Troubleshooting errors on both platforms
Independent, pro-active, impactful and resourceful individual with the ability to focus on priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment
