Job Descriptions
(Compensation & Benefits)
- Lead annual compensation and benefits planning, including salary review, manpower budgeting, global benefits implementation, incentive program design, and policy localization (e.g., fair pay, change management).
- Collaborate with the APAC Reward team on salary surveys and market adjustment planning to ensure fairness and equal pay principles. APAC Reward
- Manage performance appraisal and talent review processes (Calibration, People Review) to identify key talents. Calibration, People Review
- Handle international assignment processes to ensure smooth mobility and expatriation
- Ensure accurate payroll, bonus, and employee benefits/insurance disbursement in compliance with legal requirements, including internal and external audits. /
- Maintain regular communication with labor authorities to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Oversee salary cycles, reward policies, and grading systems to align with industry and market trends.
- Manage employee compensation and benefits platforms and vendors (health checks, group insurance, flexible benefits, pension scheme calculations).
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Provide HR Helpdesk services, answering employee queries and handling daily admin tasks. HR Helpdesk
- Manage full employee lifecycle on HR systerm: Onboarding, Transfer, Offboarding.
- Develop, review, and update HR policies and processes to comply with legal changes (e.g., work rules, pay/bonus systems). HR
- Control annual headcount and manpower costs vs. budget.
- Ensure HR processes comply with internal policies and external regulations (with P&CI). HR
- Manage annual employee health check programs.
HRIS & Analytics
- Maintain employee data in HRIS with accuracy; support reporting needs. HRIS
- Ensure data consistency across systems (HRIS, Payroll, Finance). HRIS,
- Design and manager standardized HR reports with key metrics (turnover, labor cost ratio, productivity, headcount, recruitment data).
- Drive HR process automation and system optimization (e.g., self-service, automated reports). HR
