Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, guest-centric and service-driven Assistant Operations Manager (Butler) to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the overall Butler operations, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional personalized services, and driving operational efficiency. You'll play a key role in strengthening team performance, enhancing service standards, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Service Excellence
Support the management of daily Butler operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
Ensure all guest touchpoints meet established luxury service standards
Oversee VIP arrivals, departures, and in-stay experiences to ensure personalization and attention to detail
Handle escalated guest concerns and ensure timely resolution
Team Leadership & Development
Assist in supervising and guiding the Butler team to maintain high performance standards
Support training, coaching, and development initiatives for team members
Reinforce service culture and ensure adherence to grooming and conduct standards
Assist in conducting daily briefings and shift planning
Guest Experience Management
Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes
Oversee guest requests including transportation, dining, and bespoke arrangements
Ensure accurate documentation of guest preferences and profiles
Collaborate with Front Office and other departments for seamless service delivery
Operational & Administrative Oversight
Monitor cashiering processes and ensure billing accuracy
Support manpower planning and roster scheduling
Ensure compliance with operational policies, procedures, and service standards
Assist in preparing reports on operations, guest feedback, and service performance
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma in Hotels/Hospitality Management or equivalent.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the hotel industry, preferably in 5-star establishments.
Prior supervisory experience in Butler or Front Office operations preferred.
Proficient in Property Management Systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A valid driving license is an advantage.
