  • Support the onboarding of agents by handling licensing, contracting and due diligence procedure and documentation, and preparing agency agreements and financing-related documents.

  • Assist in handling the new agents onboarding process in accordance with the protocol and relevant guidelines, including documents and due diligence checking, file preparation, system updates, and contract signing arrangements.

  • Support HKIA, Investment link registration processes, including new applications, renewals, and annual CPD administration, in compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Assist in identifying areas for improvement to enhance team efficiency.

  • Provide administrative and operational support for ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Higher Diploma / University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry or administrative support role.

  • Exposure to agency recruitment, licensing, or onboarding operations is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in written English and Chinese.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and administrative processes.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • A good team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
