Assistant Merchandising Manager

The role

• Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that will drive revenue growth
• Identify potential partners to source new products to enhance the product portfolio
• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure price competitiveness
• Monitor daily operation including delivery schedule, quality control and marketing campaign
• Work closely with Internal teams on demand forecast, product planning, content management to sales performance management and monitor order status
• Provide administrative support to the business team
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Experience in Wellness & Pets products is preferred

To succeed in this role

• Degree in E-Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• Experience in e-Business platform and Consumer Electronics field is in advantages
• Good command of English and Cantonese, both verbal and writing
• Proficiency in MS Office, strong Excel skills and AI tools.
• Experience using AI tools such as Copilot, or other generative AI platforms to improve workflow efficiency and data analysis.
• Self-motivated, fast learner, able to handle multi-tasks/ projects and meet tight deadlines, eager to learn new technologies/knowledge and a good team player
• 2-5 years experience in e-Commerce Merchandising is preferred
• Immediate available is preferred
