Assistant Marketing Manager (Retail)

• Prepare and implement strategic marketing plans, festive campaigns & public relations activities for retail portfolio
• Monitor marketing campaign timeline & budget, as well as measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs and prepare reports with budget planning
• Assist in planning, executing and managing all aspects of online & offline marketing activities and reviews
• Develop insightful & actionable brief (included but not limit to proposals, social media contents etc.) and collaborate closely with internal and external parties to drive quality output
• Assist manager to handle team issues, coach and mentor subordinates to perform daily tasks effectively
• Support any ad-hoc projects as assigned

• Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or related disciplines is preferred
• Minimum 6years experience in organizing and implementing mall promotions, festive campaigns, digital marketing, advertising & public relations activities
• Creative, mature, good problem-solving skills, able to work independently and cope with pressure in a dynamic & fast-paced working environment
• Proactive, positive attitude and good interpersonal skills dealing with tenants, business partners & stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, multi-tasking and attentive to details
• Proficiency in PC applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
