Job Description

Partipost is looking for a data-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to accelerate B2B growth across Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. This role focuses on generating high-quality leads, optimizing the client acquisition funnel, and nurturing prospects through effective marketing automation and content strategies. You'll drive integrated marketing initiatives and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support revenue goals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive Lead Generation & Demand Creation:

Develop and execute strategies to attract, nurture, and convert high-quality B2B leads across Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. This includes identifying and testing new demand-generation channels, optimizing the client acquisition funnel, and crafting campaigns that increase awareness, consideration, and conversion among brands and agencies.

  • Optimize Marketing Performance:

Conduct data-driven analysis to generate actionable insights that support commercial growth. You'll analyze campaign and funnel performance, enhance lead quality and conversion rates, and manage reporting dashboards to track KPIs - providing strategic recommendations for continuous optimization.

  • Manage Projects & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Oversee end-to-end marketing initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment, smooth execution, and timely delivery. You'll work closely with sales, product, and regional marketing teams to implement integrated B2B campaigns and support overall revenue objectives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, digital marketing, performance marketing, or affiliate marketing, ideally within the influencer marketing, social media, or mobile app industry, with a focus on Southeast Asia and Greater China markets.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong ability to interpret complex marketing and funnel data, identify opportunities, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Community-Focused & Commercial: Excellent cross-functional communication skills with a solid understanding of market dynamics and brand marketing needs in Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. Proven ability to support commercial teams and drive initiatives that attract, nurture, and convert B2B prospects.
  • Results-Oriented: A track record of improving marketing effectiveness, optimizing campaigns and processes, and delivering measurable business impact in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent command of English is required. Proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage, particularly for engaging with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
