Job Description

Your Role

  • Coordinate with multiple departments to design and implement end-to-end campaign process, from requirement, research, build, integration, setup, UAT, deployment, monitoring and enhancement
  • Build the target operational vision strategy, roadmap, participate in the formulation of policy and standard
  • Drive segmentation, personalization and automation capabilities efforts
  • Create and maintain program overview
  • Prepare billing report & reconciliation with vendors and coordinate with internal parties for invoice / payment arrangements
  • Support marketing team to create / update webform for online registration of different programs
  • Support marketing team to update website content provided by marketing team.
  • Ensure seamless integration of marketing technology with other business systems
  • Identify, evaluate and implement technologies, including automation, CRM systems, direct marketing tools and analytics tools to enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Manage the setup and fulfilment of various offer to ensure efficient system performance
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Development and IT teams for process improvements and automation by raising change request requirements
  • Coordinate with Sales and CS Team for any updated marketing activities
  • Provide training and prepare correspondence materials / document to internal and external partners.
  • Strong communication skills to deal with courier company and medical partners.
  • Keeps management informed by preparing reports and presentations
  • Support the direct marketing flow (i.e. SMS, eDM, WhatsApp)
  • Undertake other ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisor

To Succeed in this Role

  • Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related discipline
  • At least 3-5 years solid working experience in sale s or marketing operation role
  • Knowledge of direct marketing tools (e.g. SMS gateway, Radica, ACS, WATI, Salesforce) and Content Management Systems (e.g. AEM) would be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in querying and analyzing data with Tableau and GA would be an advantage.
  • Strong logical sense to manage marketing campaign operations effectively
  • Self-motivated and strong project management skills able to work independently
  • A good team player with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese
