Responsible for developing, implement, and maintain our brand&aposs visual standards across all retail channels. This role is pivotal in ensuring a consistent and compelling brand image that drives customer engagement and sales.
Key Result Areas
- Develop the RBE calendar in alignment with marketing and sales goals.
- Create or localize the VM guidelines and manuals for HK, TW and APD region, based on the overall APAC VM guidelines.
- Be responsible for execution of seasonal and/ or monthly POP launches, floor sets, windows at all retail locations.
- Prepare reports of routine store inspections and execution of follow-ups actions.
- Manage the VM budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources, cost control, and ROI on all visual initiatives.
- Partner with the Channel team and cross-function team as the VM expert for all field marketing activities, including roadshows, activations, and seasonal promotion like Taiwan anniversary promotions.
- Drive store image enhancement projects to elevate the overall customer experience.
- Gather insights from the field to continuously iterate and improve on visual strategies.
