Summary

The role is responsible for supporting Partnership Due Diligence, sanctions screening, and related administrative activities in accordance with established procedures and governance requirements.

The Job

  • Perform OFAC / SDN list checking in accordance with approved procedures and document screening results

  • Conduct ongoing name screening and promptly escalate potential matches, alerts, or exceptions for review

  • Support Onboarding and Periodic Due Diligence

  • Prepare agreements and endorsements

  • Perform assigned administrative tasks related to DD tracking, record maintenance, and documentation filing

  • Assist with data compilation for management or governance reporting as required

The Person

  • Degree in Business, Finance, or related disciplines preferred

  • Experience in Due Diligence, name screening, compliance support, or operational control functions in finance service industry is an advantage

  • Strong attention to detail with disciplined documentation practices

  • Good organizational skills and ability to handle routine administrative tasks accurately

  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel and basic reporting tools

  • Good command of English and Chinese
