An established international insurance group with an expanding presence across regional markets is seeking to strengthen its governance and operational control capabilities.

This individual contributor position offers end-to-end ownership over regional control coordination, hands-on framework rollouts, and multi-jurisdictional governance initiatives.

Spearhead end-to-end project coordination and control tracking to streamline operational workflows across regional business entities.
Provide pragmatic internal control guidance and functional support to elevate local risk oversight capabilities.
Drive the implementation and rollout of updated regional compliance frameworks, scorecards, and benchmark guidelines.
Conduct cross-border risk evaluations and horizon scanning to assess the operational impact of regulatory changes.
Facilitate regional committee administration and synthesize risk reporting data for executive stakeholder updates.

About the manager/team
Operating within a flat organizational structure, you will serve as the primary execution arm for regional leadership, enjoying high visibility and direct executive exposure.

Skills and experience required

Foundational knowledge of general internal control mechanisms, risk monitoring principles, and standard compliance frameworks.
Proven expertise in hands-on project management, functional tracking, and complete end-to-end deliverable execution.
Prior professional experience within general insurance, reinsurance, or broader financial services sectors.
Strong personal initiative to operate independently as a dedicated execution resource in a dynamic environment.
Versatile communication and cross-cultural adaptability, with the capability to interface effectively with central reporting hubs and regional operating units across time zones.
