Assist on the development and deployment of individual life insurance products to support achievement of the Company's goals with a focus on participating products

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist Senior Manager on the product development & implementation process to ensure timely delivery of new and/or revamped products as agreed by the Product Steering Committee.

  • Work closely with distribution channels and stakeholders (e.g. Life Administration, Information Technology, Actuarial, Marketing, etc.) to resolve issues arising from the implementation of new and/or revamped products

  • Prepare documentation needed to support new and/or revamped products and deployment (e.g. product specifications, policy contracts, illustration, product approval templates, etc.)

  • Conduct product comparison to monitor competitive positioning of PHKL products

  • Assist to formulate channel and customer communication plan on annual bonus / dividend declaration

  • Support ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • University graduate in any discipline

  • At least 4 years relevant work experience in life insurance company

  • Experience in developing participating products is preferred

  • Knowledge of life insurance products

  • Good analytical, communication and presentation skills

  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for Senior Officer role
