Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Contracts Functions

• Provide QS roles for EPC projects, experience with BOQ, SOR, and cost estimation for C&I, M&E and pipeline Projects
• Verification of Monthly payment claims, payment responses and invoices from EPC contractors & vendors
• Wide experience in valuation, negotiation of Contractors variation claims and assessments
• Experience with Contract formats and Contract administration for EPC projects
• Final account preparation and negotiations with EPCs/vendors
• Experience with sourcing and purchase of goods, components or services by focusing on cost, quality, delivery targets, and procurement strategies.
• Able to manage end-to-end procurement process (RFx, evaluation, negotiation, contract preparation)
• Handle Vendors evaluation and overseeing of performance
• Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the Company's Procurement & Contracts supports, ensuring adherence with company policies governance frameworks, and relevant regulations

Cost Control Functions

• Experience in monthly project cost reporting process, monitor project related expenses and budget updates, preparation of cash flow for Construction Projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering or M & E Engineering or Construction Management with at least 5 years of relevant working experience for EPC Projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement practices.
• Proficiency in cost management software (eg. SAP), GEP and MS Office excel is advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Facilitate cross-functional department involvement and close cooperation within the Company
• Familiarity with construction drawings and specifications.
