Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Support formulation of operational strategies aligned with corporate objectives and emerging AI capabilities.
  • AI Enablement: Evaluate, select, and deploy AI solutions that materially enhance efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and automation maturity Lead end‑to‑end AI product lifecycle-from ideation and scoping to rollout, refinement, and scaling.
  • Process Optimisation: Design and execute continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and AI-driven methodologies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop KPIs and dashboards to track operational impact and ROI of AI initiatives
  • Data Analytics: Leverage LLM and advanced analytics to generate actionable insights, optimise workflows, and inform executive decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into operational frameworks.
  • Governance & Compliance: Maintain adherence to data privacy, ethical AI standards, and regulatory requirements in all deployments.
  • Change Management: Drive adoption of AI-enabled processes through structured communication and training programmes.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related quantitative field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in AI implementation, or operations optimization within financial services. Proven track record of deploying machine learning solutions and workflow automation in regulated environments.
  • Solid experience with AI/ML, LLM and other Gen-AI models
  • Knowledge of API integration and workflow automation tools
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, R, SQL, Tableau/Power BI)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and data governance frameworks
  • Financial Industry operations and customer lifecycle management
  • Understanding of Hong Kong regulatory requirements (PDPO, insurance regulations)
  • Experience with customer touchpoint optimization and conversion analytics
