Assistant Manager – Information Technology, AI Engineer (Enterprise Solutions)

1. a recognized degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related disciplines
2. a minimum of 7 years post-qualification work experience in application development
3. a proven track record of hands-on enterprise AI application development, and autonomous agent orchestration is a must
4. technical familiarity with major cloud AI platforms and builder suites, including Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Alibaba Cloud Model Studio is preferred
5. extensive hands-on experience building applied AI solutions using foundation models (LLMs), orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and prompt engineering
6. hands-on experience with modern, emerging AI protocols and agentic architectures, such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) Protocol
7. strong programming proficiency in Python (essential for AI pipeline and agent development), C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript, paired with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
8. solid experience with traditional database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) as well as Vector Databases with strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies
9. detail-oriented with a critical, user-centric mindset with analytical, proactive and independent character ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
10. good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

1. to drive the design, coding, testing, integration, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI applications and autonomous agents, adhering strictly to architectural standards, security protocols, and performance metrics
2. to build, configure, and manage solutions using enterprise platforms, such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Alibaba Cloud Model Studio, while implementing standardized protocols (e.g., MCP, A2A) to enable seamless tool integration and agent-to-agent interoperability
3. to leverage AI expertise to conceptualize, design, and implement innovative, AI-driven solutions that address complex business needs and boost organizational efficiency
4. to proactively collaborate with cross-functional users, IT functional teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, convert functional needs into robust AI architectures, and accelerate solution adoption
5. to actively research and evaluate emerging LLM architectures, agentic frameworks, context protocols, and ecosystem features to continuously elevate CIC's AI capabilities, scalability, and efficiency
6. to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of all deployed applications
7. to manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource prioritization in compliance with governance frameworks, while leading steering meetings and progress updates and
8. to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.

The position is on a time-limited fixed-term contract subject to operational needs.
