Assistant Manager, Marketing - TW

Overview

The (Senior) Dietitian is expected to develop wellness and product training strategy and lead contracted

dietitian team to educate members / consumers with Herbalife nutrition product and related nutrition

knowledge.

The position also is responsible for new product development to provide the nutrition foundation for

product formulation, labeling and advertising claims.

This role is expected to contribute to product life cycle management, content/material development to

enhance brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Develop wellness and product training training strategy to meet members/consumers needs.
• Lead contracted dietitian team to educate members / consumers with Herbalife nutrition product and
  
  

related nutrition knowledge.

• Participate in new product development to provide the nutrition foundation for product formulation,
  
  

labeling and advertising claims.

• Support to develop literature about nutrition to enhance members professionalism of nutrition and
  
  

product.

• Work with DAB/NAB to strengthen training impact, further, to enhance brand image in nutrition
  
  

category.

• Support product launch, marketing campaign and social media/Youtube content to help member grow
  
  

business and promote our brand

Coordinate with contracted dietitian team to provide nutrition article for Hub to deliver Herbalife

nutrition concept.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The following are the minimum qualifications an individual need in order to

successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.

Skills/Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition or food science.
• Registered dietitian in Taiwan.
• Strong organization and presentation skills to craft healthcare articles and presentation decks.
• Experience on new product launch and product lifecycle management.
• Ability to train members/consumers with nutrition knowledge.
• Ability to organize workload for effective implementation.
• Strong customer and results orientation
• Ability to function as an effective team member.
• Positive thinking, integrity, passion with good working attitude
• Proficiency on English and Mandarin communication including writing and speaking.
