The incumbent will report to the Assistant Director, Marketing, Outreach and Admission. The incumbent plays an important role and is responsible for supporting the team in implementing activities related to brand awareness and positioning, marketing of assigned programmes, and achieving the enrolment goals of the UG programme.
The incumbent will collaborate closely with the other team members by supporting marketing, student outreach and recruitment functions to attract the best students to apply and join NBS.
The role drives the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns, working closely with stakeholders to enhance brand positioning and achieve enrolment targets. Responsibilities include managing multi-channel campaigns, developing content strategies, and ensuring effective stakeholder coordination.
The position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with strong project management and communication skills to support continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness and student engagement.
Job Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground channels to support undergraduate student recruitment
Lead the planning and execution of outreach and recruitment events, ensuring smooth operations and positive prospective-student experience
Develop and implement content strategies across website, social media, and marketing materials to strengthen brand positioning and engagement
Ensure consistency and quality of messaging across all communication channels in alignment with institutional branding guidelines
Track and evaluate the student recruitment funnel (enquiry application acceptance) to improve conversion outcomes
Manage stakeholder relationships across internal teams (e.g. Corporate Communications, Admissions, faculty) and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of initiatives
Oversee development and production of marketing materials, including digital content, videos, and print collateral
Manage and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring effective utilisation and cost-efficiency
Prepare reports and dashboards on marketing performance, outreach effectiveness, and expenditure
Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance marketing workflows and practices
Job Requirements
Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or student recruitment (experience in higher education is an advantage)
Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and multi-channel campaign execution
Good knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement strategies
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and timelines concurrently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel)
Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut or similar tools)
Creative, detail-oriented, and resourceful with a strong sense of ownership
