Job Description

[What the role is]

The role involves anti-scams activities that includes performance monitoring, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement to drive efficiency and strengthen partnerships.

[What you will be working on]

Oversee monitoring of telco/vendor compliance, SLAs, and reporting requirements.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of records in the telco/vendor management database.
Oversee the drafting and updating of SOPs, response templates, and documentation to ensure alignment across the team.
Prepare briefing papers, presentations, and reports for management and regulatory submissions.
Act as the escalation point for telcos, vendor, and internal stakeholders and to oversee public communications, including addressing public queries.

[What we are looking for]

Background in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field.
At least 5 years of relevant working experience in telecom operations or vendor management.
Experience in contract management or telco/vendor liaison roles will be a plus.
Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Highly adaptable, able to learn and work independently and multi-task in a dynamic environment.
