What The Role Is
You have the exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing team to drive JTC's long-term industrial space planning, client engagement strategies and performance coordination to optimise JTC's development, marketing and business outcomes. This includes developing data-driven frameworks, coordinating cross-divisional planning initiatives, and providing strategic insights to support senior management decision-making. You will work closely with internal divisions and external economic agencies to ensure JTC's industrial portfolio remains competitive and responsive to evolving market and client needs.
What You Will Be Working On
Your responsibilities may include the following:
- Contribute to long-term supply planning initiatives, including demand-supply studies, development pipeline reviews and supply solutioning, taking into account strategic and operational considerations across divisions;
- Review the client segmentation framework and engagement strategies and facilitate their implementation, working with economic agencies to ensure alignment with whole-of-government economic priorities;
- Develop analytics on JTC clients and leads to generate critical insights and actionable recommendations to enable our frontline cluster officers to serve smarter and better;
- Manage JTC's panel of marketing agents for its developments (both industrial and commercial), including monitoring their performance, shaping marketing strategies, gathering market intelligence and overseeing contractual matters; and
- Lead workplan/KPI and revenue budgeting coordination exercises for divisions within cluster group, achieving cross-divisional alignment and providing consolidated inputs and analysis to facilitate senior management decision-making.
What We Are Looking For
Applicants should possess the following:
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with the ability to synthesise complex, multi-faceted information into clear and actionable frameworks and recommendations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver presentations to senior management
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Keen interest in industrial real estate or industrial/economic development
- Proficiency in data analytics and visualisation tools such as Tableau, ArcGIS, or equivalent platforms would be an advantage
- Relevant experience in strategy, business analytics or planning roles is preferred; both fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome
