Job Description

As Assistant Manager/Manager, you will play a key role in driving high‑impact marketing activations that elevate Manulife's brand awareness, excitement, and relevance. You will help plan and execute integrated campaigns and events, partnering closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery across multiple touchpoints.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support/lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of brand and marketing activation campaigns spanning digital, social, events, and on‑ground experiences.

  • Develop engaging content to amplify campaign visibility and engagement.

  • Track performance across all activation touchpoints, contributing to monthly insights that optimize future initiatives.

  • Maintain clear documentation and task trackers to ensure smooth project delivery and accountability.

  • Proactively align with internal teams to clarify expectations, str eamline coordination, and foster a collaborative environment.

  • Support development of internal materials that deepen brand understanding and help teams activate the brand consistently.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance campaign efficiency and activation quality through structured problem‑solving and feedback loops.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in marketing, brand management, or communications, ideally within financial services or other regulated sectors.

  • Strong project management capabilities with proven ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese

  • Hands‑on experience in digital and social activation, content development, and campaign execution.

  • Experience engaging MCV audiences is a strong advantage.

  • Team‑oriented, proactive, solutions‑driven, and comfortable navigating a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
