Job Description:

Supervise the onboarding of agents by handling licensing procedures, checking documentation, drafting contracts, and clearly outlining their terms. Support the supervisor in implementing digital transformation projects to boost the department's efficiency.

Preferred skills

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, with proficiency in written English and Chinese (both Traditional and Simplified Chinese).
  • Effective at guiding teams and fostering robust, positive working relationships.
  • Possesses extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially demonstrating advanced skills in Access.
  • Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and self-motivation.
  • Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business or Management Information Systems (MIS).
  • 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, working with recruitment systems.
  • 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, and update operational guidelines, contracts, manuals, and governance.
  • Formulate business requirements, develop detailed user specifications, and liaise effectively with recruitment system developers to ensure successful implementation.
  • Guide the team through organizational change and facilitate process transformation.
  • Manage the new agent onboarding process in accordance with various guidelines, including file assessments, preparation of agency contracts, system updates, and explaining contracts to recruits during contract signing.
  • Handle HKIA & MPFA registration processes, including new applications, cancellations, renewals, and Annual CPD, following respective regulatory guidelines.
  • Support ad hoc projects assigned by the supervisor, such as UAT on system enhancements and assisting with agency events.
  • Analyze existing recruitment workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement within the system.
