Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven and experience agency background Recruitment Assistant Manager/Manager to play significant role to drive our recruitment direction. The ideal candidate will bring solid expertise in agency recruitment, strong market knowledge of the agent's package, and the ability to build strong recruitment culture to achieve the company's Manpower target

The Job

  • Drive IANG / young talent projects focusing on organizing recruitment campaigns and developing recruitment tools
  • Leverage agency experience to build and manage relationships with agencies, package negotiate terms and ensure quality prospects pipelines
  • Responsible for the planning and overall agency strategies and to ensure the achievements of agency growth objectives
  • Coordinate with other internal departments on agency recruitment issues
  • Support in the development or enhancement of packages and drive the effective launching of the packages

The Person

  • University graduate with at least 5-years relevant working experience
  • Working experience in agency recruitment is mostly preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Sound communication and presentation skills with the proactivity to learn
  • Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager position
